Tukaz Mammadli is an Immigration Case Specialist at Relief Law, where she works closely with attorneys on immigration, business, and family law matters. She brings more than four years of combined legal experience to her role, along with strong academic credentials and a practical, hands-on approach to helping clients. Tukaz prepares, organizes, and manages legal documentation for both corporate and individual clients, and she is known for her attention to detail, commitment to results, and dedication to client service.

In her immigration work, Ms. Mammadli handles a wide range of cases, including temporary and permanent employment-based visas such as H-1B and EB categories, family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers of inadmissibility, asylum claims, and naturalization processes. She is involved in drafting filings, conducting legal research, and communicating with clients and government agencies to help ensure timely and successful outcomes.

Beyond immigration, Tukaz also supports matters involving business formation, contracts, and family law. Before joining Relief Law, she worked as a law clerk at a court in Azerbaijan and as a corporate lawyer at a private law firm, where she advised on business compliance and corporate transactions. These roles gave her valuable experience in both litigation support and corporate legal matters.

Tukaz earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from Baku State University in Azerbaijan, providing her with a strong foundation in legal knowledge and analytical skills.

She is multilingual, speaking Azerbaijani, Turkish, and English fluently, with a working knowledge of Russian. Her language skills allow her to connect with a diverse range of clients and navigate legal matters in multilingual settings.
