Tukaz Mammadli is a paralegal at Relief Law, where she supports attorneys in immigration, business, and family law matters. She brings over four years of combined legal experience to the role, along with strong academic credentials and a practical, hands-on approach to legal support. Tukaz assists in preparing, organizing, and managing legal documentation for both corporate and individual clients and is known for her detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic and dedication to client service.
In her immigration law practice, Ms. Mammadli is involved in a broad range of cases, including temporary and permanent employment-based visas (such as H-1B and EB categories), family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers of inadmissibility, asylum claims, and naturalization processes. She plays a vital role in drafting filings, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients and government agencies to help ensure timely and successful outcomes.
In addition to her work in immigration, Tukaz contributes to matters involving business formation, contracts, and family law. Prior to joining Relief Law, she worked as a law clerk at a court in Azerbaijan and as a corporate lawyer at a private law firm, where she advised on business compliance and corporate transactions. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in both litigation support and corporate legal matters.
Tukaz holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in law from Baku State University in Azerbaijan, equipping her with deep legal knowledge and analytical skills.
In addition to her legal qualifications, Tukaz is multilingual—fluent in Azerbaijani, Turkish, and English, with a working understanding of Russian. Her language abilities enable her to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and navigate multilingual legal environments.
