Kseniia Melnikova is a foreign-trained attorney with over 15 years of experience in civil litigation and family law. Admitted to the Saint Petersburg Bar Association in 2017 and recently earned her LL.M. degree from the University of Houston Law Center. She brings extensive legal expertise to her role as a Family Law Case Coordinator at Relief Law PLLC.
Kseniia earned her law degree from Saint Petersburg State University and later specialized in family law, mediation, and child custody disputes through continuing legal education and certifications. Before relocating to the United States, she led a successful private family law practice and held senior positions at prestigious law firms and financial institutions in Russia.
At Relief Law, Kseniia supports our attorneys in family-based immigration and cross-border legal matters, leveraging her deep understanding of foreign legal systems, her fluency in Russian, and her strong research and drafting skills. She also contributes to client strategy, document preparation, and firm publications.
Outside of the office, Kseniia is an avid marathon runner and community organizer, passionate about fostering professional networks and wellness among legal professionals.
